About Branden SchroederBranden Schroeder primarily oversees GybeSet’s general corporate affairs, property acquisitions and sales, advertising/marketing, brokerage transactions, and legal matters. He holds an economics degree from Babson College and law degree from University of California at Los Angeles. After passing the California bar in 2000, he was hired by a law firm as a corporate attorney where he worked predominantly with clients in the insurance and financial industries. Following a move to Maryland, he obtained a real estate brokerage license and has over 15 years experience with residential and commercial sale and lease transactions. He is an active member of the Maryland State Bar and National Association of Realtors.
In 2009, Branden became a US Green Building Council LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional, referred to as ‘LEED AP,’ a credential providing a standard for professionals with advanced knowledge related to the design and construction of high-performance commercial and residential buildings.
Branden grew up in Pasadena, California and now resides in Crownsville, Maryland with his wife, son and daughter. He enjoys skiing, birdwatching, travel and exploring exotic cuisines with his ‘foodie’ wife.
