Branden Schroeder is broker of record for Gybeset Homes and oversees the company's general corporate affairs, real estate transactions, advertising/marketing, and legal matters. He holds an economics degree from Babson College (1997) and law degree from University of California at Los Angeles (2000).
Following law school, he worked as a corporate attorney in a Los Angeles law firm with clients predominantly in the insurance and financial industries. Following a move to Maryland in 2002, Branden became a member of the Maryland State Bar and also obtained a real estate broker license. Since then he has accumulated more than 15 years experience with residential and commercial real estate transactions.
In 2009, Branden became a US Green Building Council 'LEED AP' (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, Accredited Professional), a credential that provides industry professionals with advanced knowledge related to the design and construction of high-performance commercial and residential buildings.
Branden grew up in Pasadena, California and now resides in Crownsville, Maryland with his wife, son and daughter. He enjoys skiing, birdwatching, travel and exploring exotic cuisines with his ‘foodie’ wife.
