Guests have access to the 2nd floor space of this historic 1930’s craftsman building. There is a private entry and private staircase to the space. Guests will also have use of the outdoor decks and outdoor iron dining set.
The private off street parking is accessible from the Chesapeake Ave side of the building. Parking for one vehicle is included with your booking. Use the gate to the right of the building from the parking lot and walk around to the front private entrance of the building.
The interior of the house has been freshly, custom painted. There are 3 new 40″+ 1080p Smart TV’s. They connected to Verizon FiOS and WiFi in each room. The 1st floor of the building is a private company office not a residence. The private upstairs residential space is not “shared” living space and has its own private entrance on Bay Ridge Avenue. To ensure your security and privacy, a unique code will be issued to access a smart lock. The code is only viable during your reservation time.
