Located just a short walk to downtown historic Annapolis and City Dock. A seasonal farmers' market is located across the street along with restaurants and other amenities. Hotel-like services available for longer stays.

Guests have access to the 2nd floor space of this historic 1930's craftsman building. There is a private entry and private staircase to the space. Guests will also have use of the outdoor decks and outdoor iron dining set.

The private off street parking is accessible from the Chesapeake Ave side of the building. Parking for one vehicle is included with each booking. Guests can use the gate to the right of the building from the parking lot and walk around to the front private entrance of the building.

The interior of the house has been freshly, custom painted. Each room has a 40"+ 1080p Smart TV with Fios cable package and Roku remote controls. Hi-speed Verizon FiOS guest WiFi is also included.

The 1st floor of the building is a private company office for Gybeset Homes, not a residence.

The private upstairs residential space is not "shared" living space and has its own private entrance on Bay Ridge Avenue for Airbnb guests. To ensure guest security and privacy, a unique code will be issued to access a smart lock. The personalized code is only viable during each guest's reservation time.
