Access to property is from paved Edgemont Road extension. Property is bisected by two 10' wide logging trail. The first 100' of the trail now has gravel surface and is good place to park. After the first 100', the trail surface is dirt but is drive-able - if you follow the trail 800' you'll see the existing well about 30' to the left of the trail (just before the split in the trail). While there is a place to turn a vehicle around (just past the well), please do not drive down the dirt portion of the trail unless 1) you and your vehicle can handle "off road" conditions; and, 2) you are comfortable backing out or making a '6 point turn' in a wooded environment (in case a fallen tree has blocked the logging road).
The property is fully wooded currently and has an existing timber value exceeding $100,000. The eastern boundary of the Property is I-70 but highway noise is greatly reduced as you move west (and uphill).
